The Parking Services Officer role is based in Hammersmith & Fulham, within the Parking Services team. You will investigate and process PCNs, assess challenges, and ensure compliance with statutory timescales while liaising with London Tribunals and other stakeholders.
Candidates should have strong Parking Services experience, knowledge of Traffic Management Act 2004, and be capable of handling PCN challenges and appeals, with excellent investigation and communication skills.
