PAYE Pay Rate: £650.00 per day

Main Purpose

To provide strategic leadership of the Homelessness, Rough Sleeping and Supported Accommodation Service, ensuring high performance, financial sustainability, service improvement and positive outcomes for residents.

Typical Day

  • Lead and manage the Homelessness and Rough Sleeping service.
  • Oversee service performance, budgets and resources.
  • Develop and implement strategic service improvements.
  • Work with senior leaders, Elected Members and external partners.
  • Drive innovative solutions to homelessness and rough sleeping.
  • Ensure services deliver value for money and positive outcomes.
  • Lead, support and develop staff and promote a positive culture.
  • Monitor performance and ensure statutory and organisational requirements are met.

  • Experience leading large or complex teams and services.
  • Experience managing budgets and resources.
  • Strong experience of working with Local Authorities, Elected Members and external partners.
  • Proven track record of delivering service improvement and positive outcomes.
