We are looking for an experienced professional to be an interim lead for our Damp & Mould/Disrepair team. They will report directly to the Assistant Director and will lead a team of 10 staff, overseeing delivery by directly employed staff and a number of contractors. They will work with other key stakeholders in SHP to ensure there is accurate record keeping and to ensure SHP meets its statutory requirements under Awaabs Law and Disrepair legislation.
Potential candidates will be interviewed by the Assistant Director and Director of Property Services.
