- Main Purpose of the Role
To provide personalised one-to-one employment support to people who face significant barriers to finding work, such as mental health conditions, disabilities, homelessness, abuse or additional learning needs.
The role is to understand each participant’s needs, skills and employment goals, provide advice and coaching, help them overcome barriers, and support them into suitable and sustainable employment.
You will also work with employers, health professionals and other organizations to create opportunities and provide ongoing support once someone starts work.
