Charnwood Borough Council is seeking a Customer Advisor to provide front-line support to residents on waste and recycling enquiries.

You will answer calls and emails, give accurate information on bin collections and recycling, and record requests on the CRM system.

This office-based role is 32.5 hours per week (9am–4pm) with PAYE pay rate of £13.47 per hour. You will work as part of the Waste team and handle a high volume of enquiries.
