The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Provide personalised advice, guidance, and coaching to support individuals—particularly job seekers and economically inactive residents—in improving their confidence, wellbeing, and progression into employment, education, or training. Manage a caseload of clients and work collaboratively with local partners to deliver impactful support services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-to-one coaching sessions, creating tailored action plans to help clients overcome barriers and achieve personal and employment goals.
  • Support clients with job search skills, including CV writing, applications, and interview preparation.
  • Plan and deliver workshops and group sessions focused on employability, confidence, and personal development.
  • Conduct skills assessments and regularly monitor and review client progress.
  • Build and maintain relationships with employers, training providers, and local services to create opportunities for clients.
  • Carry out outreach activities, including attending family hubs, community events, and engaging new participants.
  • Manage a caseload, maintaining accurate records and reporting on outcomes and progress.
  • Promote services through events, partnerships, and community engagement.
  • Follow up with clients post‑engagement to track longer‑term outcomes.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience supporting individuals in employment, education, or community settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage diverse groups.
  • Experience delivering coaching or workshops.
  • Good organisational and administrative skills, including managing multiple clients and maintaining records.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.

Additional Requirements

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • Willingness to obtain an Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) qualification.
  • Commitment to safeguarding, equality, and professional development.
  • Flexibility to travel locally and attend occasional events.
