Carrington Blake Recruitment is seeking a Home Ownership Officer to manage leasehold and home ownership services, including service charges, major works, shared ownership rent and ground rent. You will ensure accurate calculation, notification and recovery of charges in line with leases and legislation, with hands-on leasehold management and Section 20 consultation experience essential.
35 hours weekly, temporary contract in Housing / Home Ownership Services.
