Carrington Blake Recruitment is seeking an experienced Housing Legal Disrepair Surveyor to deliver surveying services across council stock in Lambeth. This role focuses on progressing legal disrepair claims through to completion, carrying out inspections, diagnosing complex repairs, preparing technical specifications, and managing works orders with contractors.

Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of social housing repairs and experience coordinating with disrepair teams.
