We are seeking an experienced Housing Officer to join our Neighbourhoods team. This role is fully onsite and will focus on managing tenancies, maintaining neighbourhoods, and ensuring smooth housing operations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in housing management and tenancy work and be comfortable working independently within a busy housing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage tenancies including lettings and terminations.
- Ensure tenancy agreements are followed and take appropriate action where required.
- Handle financial tasks such as raising invoices and recharges.
- Act as a visible presence in the neighbourhood, supporting tenants and addressing estate issues.
- Liaise with contractors, internal teams, and tenants to resolve housing-related matters efficiently.
- Experience in housing management.
- Strong background in tenancy work, including property lettings and terminations.
- Experience managing invoices, recharges, and other housing-related admin.
- Ability to work onsite full-time in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
