We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Manager to lead our Community Occupational Therapy teams, supporting adults across Herefordshire to maximise independence, safety and wellbeing. This is a pivotal leadership role within our Independent Living Service (ILS), providing day-to-day management oversight, professional direction, and operational stability during an important period of service development and transformation.
You will oversee locality-based OT teams, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based practice, timely triage, strong workflow management, and effective supervision arrangements in line with the OT Practice Review recommendations and wider service redesign priorities.
The role requires excellent partnership working with health colleagues, especially Wye Valley Trust therapy services, to support integrated pathways and smooth transitions between hospital, community and reablement settings.
Candidates will be qualified Occupational Therapists, registered with the HCPC.
