Pembrokeshire County Council is seeking a professional Property Asset Manager to lead the Council’s property portfolio.
You will deliver management services across commercial, industrial, retail, agricultural and operational assets, with focus on income optimization and asset strategy.
You will oversee lease events, renewals, rent reviews and related transactions, mentor the Asset Management team, and collaborate with internal services and external advisors to drive efficiency and value.
