- Main Purpose of the Role
Manage the Councilβs parking and garage services, lead the team, maximize income, and ensure a high-quality service for residents.
- Typical Day Overview
- Manage and support the parking and garage team.
- Monitor income, arrears, voids, repairs and lettings.
- Deal with customer enquiries, complaints and complex issues.
- Work with Finance, Repairs, IT, contractors and other Council teams.
- Monitor KPIs, budgets and service performance.
- Support garage refurbishment and service improvement projects.
