Work Pattern: Monday–Friday, 36 hours per week,
PAYE Pay Rate: £23.07 per hour
Main Purpose
To provide a customer-focused housing management service to residents, managing a patch of tenancies, leases and licences and dealing with day-to-day neighbourhood issues.
Typical Day
- Manage tenancies, leases and licences.
- Deal with ASB and resident enquiries.
- Carry out estate inspections and tenancy verification checks.
- Resolve housing and neighbourhood issues.
- Work with residents and internal teams to resolve problems.
- Manage a busy caseload and prioritise urgent matters.
- Attend occasional evening meetings or emergencies.
