Job Overview
We are looking for customer-focused Customer Service Advisors to provide excellent service over the phone while supporting administrative tasks.
Typical Day
Handling customer calls, booking appointments, updating records, responding to emails, chasing outstanding information and working with internal teams to resolve customer queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Book and manage appointments with customers, contractors and suppliers.
- Update systems with accurate customer and claim information.
- Manage emails and general administrative tasks.
- Provide customers with updates on claims and service requests.
- Chase outstanding information and ensure deadlines are met.
- Liaise with operational teams to deliver a smooth customer journey.
Essential Skills
- Previous customer service experience.
- Excellent telephone and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Confidence using multiple computer systems.
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks.
- Proactive, professional and customer-focused approach.
