Carrington Blake Recruitment is seeking a Rent Income Recovery Officer to cover a temporary contract within our housing management division. The role focuses on recovering former tenant arrears, including rent, court costs, void charges and repair recharges, with independent caseload management and customer-focused service.
The successful candidate will manage recovery actions, negotiate payment arrangements, use tracing tools and housing systems, and collaborate with housing officers.
