Carrington Blake Recruitment is seeking a Family Support Worker to join our Interventions Hub in Wales. The role focuses on helping families access the right help at the right time and improving life chances for children and young people. You will deliver services to support parents with children identified as in need, building capacity and promoting child health and development.
A full valid driving licence and sole use of a vehicle are required; you should be self-motivated and well-organised.
