Provided high-quality care and early education for children aged 0–7 years in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Planned and delivered engaging activities to support children’s learning, development, interests, and individual needs. Conducted observations and assessments, maintaining accurate developmental records and contributing to children’s progress reviews. Supported children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development within a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.

Assisted with behaviour management and implemented individual support strategies for children with additional needs. Worked collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support children’s wellbeing and development. Supported children through key transitions, including settling into the setting and preparing for school.

Provided personal care, including feeding, toileting, nappy changing, dressing, and promoting independence in self-care skills. Administered medication and supported first-aid procedures in line with organisational policies and training. Followed safeguarding and child protection procedures, reporting concerns appropriately to ensure children’s safety and welfare.

Assisted with organising and supervising educational outings and activities, ensuring health and safety requirements were met. Supported children with mobility, personal care, and individual movement programmes where required. Maintained positive relationships with families and contributed to a welcoming and inclusive childcare environment.
