- Main Purpose
To provide administrative support to the Recruitment and Onboarding team, helping recruitment processes run smoothly and ensuring candidates receive a positive experience.
- Typical Day
- Monitor emails, shared mailboxes and E-Post.
- Process recruitment and DBS documents.
- File and update electronic personnel records.
- Respond to candidate and manager enquiries.
- Use recruitment systems and Microsoft Office.
- Support colleagues with recruitment and onboarding tasks.
- Help with projects and service improvements.
