Work Pattern: 37 hours per week, 8:30 am till 4:30pm, Mon - Fri
PAYE Pay Rate: £16.35 per hour
Main Purpose
To carry out bathroom upgrade and refurbishment works within Council properties, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Typical Day
- Complete bathroom upgrades and refurbishment.
- Install and replace bathroom fixtures and fittings.
- Carry out plumbing and associated works.
- Remove and replace existing sanitaryware.
- Work in occupied Council properties where required.
- Follow health & safety procedures.
- Complete work to agreed timescales and quality standards.

- Bathroom installation and refurbishment.
- Plumbing experience.

Essential Requirements
- Relevant bathroom fitting/plumbing experience.
- Experience working on refurbishment or upgrade projects.
- Ability to work safely and to a high standard.
- Relevant trade qualification desirable.
