Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Multi-Skilled Plasterer to carry out high-quality plastering and general maintenance works within occupied residential properties. The successful candidate will ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out all aspects of plastering, including patch repairs, skimming, and finishing works.
- Complete high-quality repairs to walls and ceilings in occupied properties.
- Undertake general multi-trade maintenance tasks where required.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and tidy working environment, protecting customersβ homes while carrying out repairs.
- Deliver excellent customer service, communicating professionally with tenants and residents.
- Use a tablet to receive work instructions, update completed works, and order materials as required.
- Complete work orders accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Report any additional repair requirements or health and safety concerns identified during works.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or Multi-Skilled Plasterer.
- Strong knowledge of plastering techniques, including patch repairs, skimming, and finishing.
- Experience carrying out general multi-trade repairs.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Competent in using a tablet or handheld device to complete work orders and order materials.

- Own tools.
- Own transport.
- Experience working within occupied residential or social housing properties.
