The role is temporary for 12 weeks to help with implementation of a project due to go live in June. Please note The Hiring Manager (Rache Webb) is on leave May 18th – May 26th 2026 so no activity will take place with this recruitment during this time. Interviews to take place w/c 1st June with start date w/c 8th June.

Reliable Customer Service Rep, strong experience of telephony work. Strong soft skills working on behalf of Cheshire West & Chester Council in our contact centre based in Winsford Cheshire, to answer incoming calls and emails relating to Household Waste Recycling Centre queries, and any other duties as deemed appropriate relating to the role.
