We are seeking an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor with strong Project Management and Contract Administration expertise to play a key role in delivering a high-impact residential programme. This role is central to a major initiative to improve the lives of children and young people in residential care by increasing the quality, suitability, and availability of homes. You will lead the acquisition, refurbishment, and delivery of up to 10 children’s homes, ensuring high standards, regulatory compliance, and long-term sustainability.

Purpose of the Role

  • Present recommendations to governance boards for approval
