Overview
Mydas Recruitment are experts in the sourcing and supply of Engineers to leading organisations. We have an exciting new opportunity available, our client, a multinational manufacturing organisation, based in Northern Ireland, has a requirement for a manufacturing engineer to work with multifunctional teams throughout the organisation, to ensure that products are delivered to meet costs, quality & schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Support shop floor activities
- Lead & support new products & new programmes
- Supporting and leading quality policies & procedures
- Provide liaison between design & manufacturing teams
- Work with clients & customers to resolve any issues
- Identify & rectify all non-conforming products
- Identify any tooling requirements
- Help to drive manufacturing efficiency
- Work in cross functional team including design, manufacturing, supply chain etc
- Assess production line performance / implement Lean procedures
Qualifications
Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
