Key responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of recruitment consultants, providing guidance, support, and motivation to maximise performance and achieve targets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the team’s productivity, efficiency, and overall success.
- Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve team goals and objectives.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates across various industries and disciplines.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and legislative changes to optimise recruitment strategies and processes.
- Provide guidance to team members on all aspects of recruitment, mentoring less experienced colleagues.
