heritage and historic building work , and the consultancy is open on level for someone with the right experience. This could suit a Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to take the next step or an established Associate looking for greater project ownership. The successful candidate will join a well-established team and take responsibility for heritage-led projects from an early stage, working directly with clients and senior leadership. Responsibilities Lead Cost Management services across heritage and refurbishment projects Prepare feasibility estimates, cost plans and procurement strategies Manage tender processes and contractor appointments Deliver post-contract cost reporting, valuations and change management Work closely with clients, architects and specialist consultants Take ownership of projects from inception through completion Support and develop more junior members of the team Contribute to client relationships and the continued growth of the Cambridge office Requirements Strong consultancy Quantity Surveying background Demonstrable heritage, conservation or historic building experience Senior QS level or above Ability to take ownership of projects from day one Strong client-facing capability MRICS preferred Comfortable working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment This is a replacement appointment within an established team and offers genuine scope for progression for someone wanting to build a longer-term career within the business.
