A highly regarded property and construction consultancy is looking to appoint an ambitious Associate Director - Building Surveyor to join its London City office, located close to Bank Station. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor seeking a genuine leadership position within a growing team, offering a varied workload across project and professional instructions and a clear pathway towards senior leadership.
The successful candidate will act as the number two within the team, supporting the Director in managing, mentoring and developing a small but growing Building Surveying function, while also helping drive business growth and client relationships across London and the South East. In tandem to this you must be comfortable and want to keep your hand in delivery, while signing off team reports and checking instructions.
The opportunity: You will deliver a broad range of both project and professional Building Surveying services across a diverse portfolio including:
