Experienced Recruitment Consultant - Construction & Property

Location: London Bridge, SE1 (4 days per week in the office)

Salary: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission

Established and highly respected within the industry, we partner with some of the UK's leading consultancies, developers, contractors, investors and property businesses to identify and secure exceptional talent.

Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our London office and take ownership of an established desk focused on permanent appointments across the construction and property consultancy market.

The opportunity: This is not a role where you'll be starting from scratch. You'll inherit relationships with recognised clients and work on a steady flow of permanent opportunities across professional disciplines including Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Health & Safety, CDM, Principal Design and related consultancy functions. Typical assignments range from chartered to Associate-level appointments, through to senior leadership hires, with salaries generally between £50,000 and £110,000.
