Project Manager
Location: London (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Β£45,000 - Β£60,000 + Benefits
An established and highly respected real estate organisation is looking to appoint a Project Manager to support the delivery of a diverse property portfolio across London and the South East.
This opportunity would suit a Building Surveyor or Project Manager who enjoys leading projects, managing stakeholders and driving schemes from inception through to completion. You'll work closely with internal teams, consultants and contractors, giving you genuine exposure to the full project lifecycle while helping to shape and improve a varied real estate portfolio.

The Role
Working within a professional property team, you will be responsible for managing a range of refurbishment, fit-out, maintenance and capital works projects across commercial real estate assets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing projects from feasibility through to completion
- Appointing and coordinating external consultants and contractors
- Preparing project programmes, budgets and reports
- Monitoring cost, quality and programme performance
- Managing stakeholder expectations across multiple projects
- Supporting procurement and contract administration processes
- Ensuring projects are delivered in line with health & safety and compliance requirements
- Providing technical advice across a varied property portfolio
About You
- We're keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:
- Experience delivering construction xgikmsk or property projects within a consultancy, client-side or contractor environment
- Building Surveying, Project Management or construction-related background
- Good understanding of contract administration and project delivery
- Knowledge of JCT contracts and construction procurement routes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- MRICS, MCIOB or progressing towards professional chartership
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
