Your Role:
- Lead the full project lifecycle from inception through to handover within a consultancy environment
- Provide strategic project and construction advice to clients, ensuring their objectives are met
- Manage procurement, cost, programme, and quality aspects across multiple projects
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design and construction teams, maintaining strong communication and control
- Proactively manage risks and change, ensuring projects stay aligned with client expectations
- Support senior leaders and contribute to business development and client relationships
About You:
- Experience in construction project management within a consultancy or client-side setting
- Strong understanding of the built environment, ideally across commercial, residential, or healthcare sectors
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders, budgets, and programmes effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first approach
- Professional qualification (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB) or working towards one (desirable)
