We’re on the hunt for a talented Intermediate Quantity Surveyor ready to make their mark with a leading, independent construction consultancy. This isn’t your standard QS role, you’ll be at the heart of commercial decision-making, working on high-profile projects from £500k up to £12m. Acting as the vital link between junior QS staff and the senior team, you’ll bring your technical expertise, commercial savvy, and proactive guidance to a portfolio that spans multiple sectors. About the Position
You’ll join an expanding team of 22 staff across four offices, delivering projects across public and private sectors. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and reviewing cost plans, budgets, and feasibility studies
- Producing Bills of Quantities, Schedules of Work, and tender documentation
- Managing commercial aspects of contracts, including valuations and reporting
- Acting as Employer's Agent on selected projects
- Supporting delivery teams and mentoring junior QS staff
