I'm working with a well-established, growing construction consultancy in Northamptonshire that's continuing to build momentum across the residential sector. Off the back of a strong pipeline and repeat client wins, they're looking to bring in a Senior Project Manager to strengthen the team. This is a role for someone who enjoys taking real ownership of projects, working closely with clients, and being part of a business that's still growing - where your input actually matters.

The Role

You'll be leading projects across a mix of schemes that vary in size and complexity, so you'll be involved from early feasibility right through to completion. You'll be responsible for keeping projects on track - managing programme, risk, stakeholders and delivery - while acting as a key point of contact for clients. Alongside delivery, you'll also support junior team members and play a part in maintaining strong client relationships.

What They’re Looking For

  • Ideally chartered (MRICS / MCIOB / MAPM or working towards)
  • Proven experience delivering projects across multiple RIBA stages
  • Consultancy background preferred
  • Experience in residential, PBSA or later living would be beneficial
  • Confident managing clients and running projects independently
  • Organised, commercially aware and comfortable juggling multiple schemes

Why It’s Worth a Look

  • Strong pipeline of secured work
  • Opportunity to step into a genuinely senior role with autonomy
  • Clear progression route as the business continues to grow
  • Supportive, down-to-earth team environment
  • Hybrid working
  • Competitive package (£60k-£80k DOE)
  • Car allowance, bonus, pension and private healthcare

If you're already operating at Senior PM level - or feel ready to step up into a role with more ownership and visibility - this could be a really good move.
