With an expanding portfolio of healthcare projects, they're looking to strengthen their London Project Management team by appointing an experienced Project Manager with previous consultancy experience.

The Role You'll take responsibility for managing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with clients, consultants and contractors, you'll play a key role in coordinating project teams while building trusted relationships throughout the delivery process.
Your responsibilities will include: Managing healthcare projects through all RIBA stages.
Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams.
Managing project programmes, budgets and risk.
Chairing project meetings and preparing client reports.
Supporting procurement and contract administration processes.
Ensuring projects are delivered successfully against client objectives.
About You We're keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate: Previous experience working within a construction consultancy as a Project Manager.
Experience delivering healthcare projects within the built environment.
Strong understanding of the construction project lifecycle.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with public sector or NHS clients would be advantageous.
MRICS or MCIOB chartership, or be actively working towards achieving it.
A proactive approach with a genuine passion for delivering quality projects.
