Our candidate generation is focused on headhunting, fostering close relationships and understanding the candidates career aspirations. We have all the wider tools like a strong database, LinkedIn recruiter and varying job boards at our finger tips to aid your success. Work to a manage and developing account strategy. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including headhunting, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates across various industries and disciplines. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and legislative changes to optimise recruitment strategies and processes. Build your personal and our company brand by networking and attending industry events. To join us as a senior recruitment consultant or principal recruitment consultant, your skills and experience should include: Proven experience in recruitment with a track record of success in achieving targets and building a business area/ desk. Familiarity with recruitment software.
