Director Project Management North of England | Property & Construction Consultancy90,000 - 100,000 + Package I'm currently working with a growing property consultancy looking to appoint a Regional Director to lead and expand their Project Management offering across the North.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Project Management leader to take ownership of an established service line, working with a diverse client base across commercial real estate while helping shape future growth across the region.
The position combines client delivery, team leadership and business development, offering significant autonomy and visibility within the business.
The Role You'll be responsible for leading a team of Project Management professionals across multiple Northern offices, developing existing client relationships and identifying opportunities to further strengthen the consultancy's presence in the market.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll help drive growth across a range of sectors including commercial office, industrial & logistics, residential and mixed-use developments.
Alongside strategic leadership responsibilities, you'll remain actively involved in delivering complex projects and advising clients throughout the project lifecycle.
