This is an excellent opportunity for a senior commercial professional who thrives in a strategic, advisory role. Rather than being tied to a single project, you'll provide commercial leadership and support across multiple live projects, acting as the go-to escalation point for Quantity Surveyors and project teams. With projects spanning various stages of development, from FEED and design through to construction delivery, you'll have the opportunity to influence major investment programmes and play a key role in commercial decision-making. Key Responsibilities As Lead Quantity Surveyor, you will: Provide senior commercial support across multiple live projects. Act as the escalation point for Quantity Surveyors and project teams on complex commercial and contractual matters. Offer expert guidance on NEC contracts, commercial risk and contractual obligations. Support commercial forecasting, cost control and financial performance. Lead contractor and commercial negotiations. Assist with contract reviews, pricing assessments and variations. Support dispute avoidance and resolution activities.
