The role can be based from any UK office with regular site-based fire risk assessment work across residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.

  • Lead the delivery of high-quality fire risk assessments across a wide range of premises.
  • Plan and coordinate inspection programmes in collaboration with clients.
  • Provide clear, practical fire safety advice and guidance on Building Regulations compliance.
  • Support remedial works through to completion, ensuring quality and standards.
  • Review and authorise Fire Risk Assessments before submission.

Qualifications:

  • Level 4 qualification in fire risk management or Level 5 in fire risk assessment or fire engineering.
  • IFE-approved Fire Risk Assessment qualification.
  • Proven experience carrying out fire risk assessments across a variety of premises.
  • Knowledge of fire safety legislation, including the Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order, and recognised best practice.
  • Full UK driving licence.
