The opportunity: We are working with a well-established construction and property consultancy that is looking to appoint a Client Development Executive to support its continued growth in the UK and internationally. This is a commercial, relationship-led role sitting between teams and offices. It is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting people, spotting opportunities, and building long-term client relationships, without it being a hard sales position.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple disciplines, helping to identify, develop, and convert client and project opportunities across the group.
Responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Acting as a connector between UK and international offices
- Identifying potential project and client opportunities across the business
- Supporting senior leaders with client engagement and market intelligence
- Coordinating introductions, meetings, and follow-ups across departments
- Maintaining CRM systems and tracking pipeline activity
- Representing the business at industry events and networking opportunities
About you:
You are likely to have experience in a business development, client engagement, recruitment, consultancy, or commercial role and be comfortable building relationships with senior professionals. You will be commercially aware, organised, and proactive, with an interest in the construction, property, or built environment sector. You will be confident working across teams and geographies and be London-based or willing to be based in London.
