We're currently supporting a client-side consultancy with the appointment of a Project Manager to join their growing team. This opportunity would suit someone from a building surveying and/or project management background who has spent the majority of their career working client-side within a consultancy environment, rather than in a main contractor or construction-led PM role.
The role offers a good level of autonomy and would suit someone comfortable managing their own workload and priorities within a flexible working environment.
The role:
- Managing projects on behalf of clients from inception through to completion
- Acting as the client's representative across multiple workstreams
- Coordinating consultants and external stakeholders
- Managing programmes, reporting and project governance
- Supporting senior team members on more complex schemes where required
About you:
- 5–6 years' experience in a client-side consultancy environment
- Background in building surveying and/or project management
- Confident running projects independently
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- MRICS or other professional qualification not essential, but welcomed
What's on offer:
