Employing around 40 professionals across three UK offices, this boutique consultancy has built an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality Cost Management, Employer's Agent and Project Management services on behalf of leading developers, investors and private clients. The opportunity: As a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, you will manage your own portfolio of projects while working closely with senior colleagues across a broad range of commercial developments. You will be involved in delivering both Cost Management and Employer's Agent services across:
- Commercial offices
- Hotels
- Private residential developments
- Industrial and logistics
Responsibilities will include:
- Cost planning and estimating
- Procurement and tender management
- Contract administration
- Employer's Agent duties
- Cost reporting and financial management
- Valuations and final accounts
- Risk and change management
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
You will have the opportunity to work directly with clients, developers and project teams from project inception through to completion.
About you: We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Chartered Quantity Surveyor who enjoys working collaboratively and delivering exceptional client service.
- MRICS qualified.
- Experience working within a consultancy environment.
- Strong Cost Management experience.
- Employer's Agent experience or a desire to develop this skill.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
