About the position:
- The Associate role is suited to a chartered cost manager or quantity surveyor who is comfortable leading major projects and managing important client relationships.
- Project values usually fall between five and forty million with the occasional two hundred million scheme for good measure.
- The workload spans higher education, residential, commercial and social housing.
- You will take full responsibility for delivery, steer project strategy and support a growing cohort of juniors, graduates and assistants who are onsite and building their careers.
- You will work closely with directors and help shape the practice's next chapter as it strengthens its position across both offices.
