The role can be based from any UK office with regular site-based fire risk assessment work across residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Lead the delivery of high-quality fire risk assessments across a wide range of premises. Plan and coordinate inspection programmes in collaboration with clients. Provide clear, practical fire safety advice and guidance on Building Regulations compliance. Support remedial works through to completion, ensuring quality and standards. Review and authorise Fire Risk Assessments before submission. Level 4 qualification in fire risk management or Level 5 in fire risk assessment or fire engineering IFE-approved Fire Risk Assessment qualification Proven experience carrying out fire risk assessments across a variety of premises Knowledge of fire safety legislation, including the Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order, and recognised best practice Full UK driving licence Hybrid working arrangement allowing a blend of remote work with on-site assessments. Autonomy to make senior decisions and influence quality and best practice standards.
