Chartered Building Surveyor – Central LondonAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join a well-regarded boutique consultancy in London’s West End. This dynamic and forward-thinking firm has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality building surveying and project management services to a diverse client base, including corporate occupiers, developers, estates, and institutional investors.The RoleWorking as part of a collaborative and experienced team, you will be involved in a wide range of building surveying services, including:Acquisitions & Technical due diligenceContract administrationSchedules of conditionParty wall mattersDilapidationsThis role offers a 65% focus on project work and 35% on professional services, primarily across the retail and office sectors. Not limiting industrial and super prime residential.
