Our client is seeking an aspirational chartered building surveyor, someone who can lead and motivate a small team of building surveyors, ensuring client instructions and projects are delivered seamlessly. About company Our client is well regarded construction and property consultancy, they have a network of offices in the UK, from which they deliver a rounded service offering to developers, institutions, educational and healthcare providers, as well as local and central government. About the role The Directors of the London Building Surveying team are looking for a senior building surveyor they can develop into a team leading, associate, someone who can deputize for them and manage and successful team. Their workload is nicely diverse, by sector and service, so if you are looking for the ability to deliver project and professional duties or indeed specialise this is the role for you. About you You must be a driven and ambitious chartered building surveyor, who has relevant experience within the aforementioned sectors. It is essential you have gained your chartership through MRICS or a similar professional body. You will possess the necessary skills to advise and mentor the graduates within your team and be competent within a client-facing role. The directors will mentor you at work winning, client engagement, team leadership and support your progression to directorship.
