Our client is a well-established, multidisciplinary construction consultancy with several offices located around the UK. We are looking to speak with a progression-orientated Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to gain their chartership and help continue the fast growth of our client's cost management team and collaborate with a diverse range of high-profile clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing monthly cost reports.
- Assisting with preparing cost estimates, evaluation and tender reporting.
- Building relationships with contractors, clients and consultants.
- Actively engaging in client and contractor meetings.
Skills & Experience:
- Have a RICS accredited degree in Quantity Surveying, or a similar field.
- Desire to gain MRICS status.
