Key Responsibilities- Deliver a broad range of building surveying services across the commercial property sector
- Undertake building surveys, condition reports, dilapidations, and technical due diligence
- Lead and manage refurbishment and fit-out projects from inception to completion
- Prepare specifications, schedules of work, and administer building contracts
- Provide clear, pragmatic advice to clients and stakeholders
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to repeat business
- MRICS qualified
- Strong technical building surveying experience within commercial property
