Partner – Building Surveying
We’ve been instructed by a leading property consultancy to appoint an exceptional Partner-level Building Surveyor in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded leader eager to build something special within one of the UK’s fastest-growing regional property markets.
About the Opportunity
With over 500 property professionals nationwide, this independent partnership has a well-established presence in Manchester and a growing North West pipeline. You’ll take the lead on business development, team growth, and delivery for a wide-ranging client base across the city and wider region.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and grow a commercially focused Building Surveying division in Manchester.
- Lead business development and client relationship management throughout the North West.
- Deliver both project-led and professional services for landlords, occupiers, investors, and trusts.
- Contribute to regional leadership and play a key role in shaping future strategy.
About You
You’ll be a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) currently operating at Director or Partner level, ideally with a strong track record in the Manchester or wider North West market. A natural leader and proven work winner, you’ll bring energy, ambition, and a collaborative approach to team-building.
