The consultancy is currently delivering commercial office developments, residential schemes and refurbishment across London. There are no unnecessary layers often associated with larger consultancies, allowing you to take responsibility, influence decisions and contribute meaningfully to project outcomes. This role will suit someone comfortable making informed judgement calls and working at pace in a professional but agile environment.
About you
You will benefit from structured support towards MRICS chartership, including APC guidance, mentoring from an experienced senior leadership team, exposure to high profile London building projects, and opportunities to take ownership across a diverse portfolio. You will be encouraged to develop your technical expertise, commercial insight and professional confidence in a collaborative, handsâon environment. You bring clarity under pressure, communicate with confidence and take pride in delivering cost advice. This is not a boxâticking environment. The consultancy is looking for someone who adds value, challenges assumptions and continually seeks more effective ways of working.
