We are looking for a Chartered or Senior Building Surveyor to work in Central London for developers and institutional investors. Focused on commercial projects, leading office refurbs, cut and carve, and larger developments. Pre-acquisition advice, Technical Due Diligence and Dilapidations are the primary focus of the workload in addition to Project Management responsibilities.
