Employing around 40 professionals across three UK offices, this boutique consultancy has built an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality Cost Management, Employer's Agent and Project Management services on behalf of leading developers, investors and private clients.

The opportunity
As a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, you will manage your own portfolio of projects while working closely with senior colleagues across a broad range of commercial developments.
You will be involved in delivering both Cost Management and Employer's Agent services across:
- Commercial offices
- Hotels
- Private residential developments
- Industrial and logistics
Responsibilities will include
- Cost planning and estimating
- Procurement and tender management
- Contract administration
- Employer's Agent duties
- Cost reporting and financial management
- Valuations and final accounts
- Risk and change management
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
You will have the opportunity to work directly with clients, developers and project teams from project inception through to completion.
About you
We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Chartered Quantity Surveyor who enjoys working collaboratively and delivering exceptional client service.
- MRICS qualified.
- Experience working within a consultancy environment.
- Strong Cost Management experience.
- Employer's Agent experience or a desire to develop this skill.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
- Experience across commercial, residential, hotel or industrial sectors.
- A proactive approach with the ambition to continue developing your career.
