We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to join an award-winning client and get involved in their upcoming healthcare projects. As a Design Manager, you'll be overseeing and coordinating the design process on their upcoming healthcare projects, ensuring they align with client expectations, regulatory requirements, and cost efficiencies.
The successful candidate will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality design solutions. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with proven experience in Design Management. A strong understanding of construction processes, technical design, and relevant software such as BIM and AutoCAD is required.
